TOMATO MOZZARELLA SALAD
Mozzarella slices are served with tomatoes, fresh basil, and sprinkled with olive oil. A perfect salad alternative, especially in summer when you can get tomatoes and basil from the garden."

Cooking time: 20 minutes
Ingredients (4 people)
2 potatoes
2 shallots
2 balls of mozzarella
red, yellow and black cherry tomatoes
some basil leaves
4 tablespoons olive oil with basil
some black olives
salt and black pepper
Preparation of the recipe :
step1
Immerse the potatoes in a large saucepan of cold water.
Bring to a boil and cook for 20 min. The flesh must be tender. Peel them and cut them into quarters.
2nd step
Wash and cut the cherry tomatoes in half.

Peel and finely chop the shallots.

Cut the mozzarella into cubes.
