FRIED POTATOES

600 g of potatoes
6 sprigs of rosemary
salt
pepper
Preparation of the recipe :

I peel and cut the potatoes into pieces.

I wash them, drain them carefully and wipe them with paper towels.

I heat the oil in a frying pan. When the oil is hot, I pour the potatoes, which I stir regularly so that all the sides cook.I have 25 to 30 minutes of cooking.
