300 g flour
3 whole eggs
3 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons oil
50 g of melted butter
75 cl of milk

Preparation of the recipe :

Step1
 Place the flour in a bowl and form a well. 

2nd step
 place whole eggs, sugar, oil and butter .

Step 3
Mix gently with a whisk, adding the milk gradually. The dough thus obtained must have a consistency of a slightly thick liquid.

Step 4

Heat a nonstick skillet and oil very lightly. Pour in a ladle of dough, spread it in the frying pan and wait until it is cooked on one side before turning it over. Cook all the over low heat pancakes.
