Shrimp in tomato sauce

Ingredients (6 people)
1 kg of cleaned shrimp
800 gr fresh tomatoes, crushed
3 ca extra virgin olive oil soup
Salt, black pepper.
½ spoon ginger powder coffee
½ spoon of cumin powder
2 cloves garlic
2 bay leaves
Some branches of thyme
1 glass of water as needed
Chopped parsley


Preparation of the recipe :

Clean the shrimp and remove the head and pasta, you can leave the tail.

Place the pan on medium heat with a little oil.

When the oil is hot, add the shrimps, stir-fry and cover.

Let the shrimp cook a little

Remove the shrimp with a skimmer.

Place the tomato in the same skillet, add all the rest of the ingredients, and cook.

When the sauce is boiling well, put the shrimp back into the sauce, if you think your sauce is a little dry, you can add a little bit of water.

Let reduce a little, while keeping a juicy sauce.
