White rice with chicken and curry sauce

Ingredients (4 people)

400 g basmati rice
5 chicken fillets
1/2 onion
1/2 cup chicken stock
1 thick cream brick
2 to 3 tbsp. Of curry
2 sp Olive oil
1/2 bunch of parsley
Salt, freshly ground pepper

Preparation of the recipe :

Cook the rice in a saucepan of salt water. Observe the cooking time indicated on the packaging. Once cooked, drain, and keep it warm.
2nd step

Peel the onions and slice them. Cut the chicken fillets into pieces. In a frying pan, heat the olive oil and toss the sliced ​​onions. When golden brown, add the chicken pieces. Put it back for a few minutes.

Then add the chicken broth and simmer for one minute. Finally pour liquid cream, curry and chopped parsley. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and simmer 2 min. Make the plates by laying a nice basmati rice basin in the center, and adding the chicken to the curry on top. Serve immediately.
